How This Works
Step 1

Step 2
We Prepare The Paperwork and File Your Claim
We will send you a few pages of documents to be signed. We then put the complete claims package together and file the claim with the proper agency. We cover all expenses and legal fees and we ONLY get paid upon successful collection of your claim. If we are unsuccessful (very rare), it costs you nothing.
Step 3
We Fight For Your Claim
We continually follow up with the agency throughout the whole process to keep the claim moving forward and to respond to any additional requests made by the agency. Because we specialize in this area, we know how to navigate through each agency’s procedures to claim and recover that money in a timely manner.
Step 4
We Ensure Your Claim Money Is In Your Hands
Once the agency approves the claim, we then notify you of the good news. The agency will send out a check and we will send you your funds within 10 days.

Once we get your signed paperwork back, we will immediately file your claim with the appropriate government agency. From that point, the length of time can vary by each state as well as the complexity of the claim. Typically, the funds will be issued in around 3-4 weeks but can take up to 3 months.
